Christmas Party

Dress: Ivy Revel
Bag: Whistles
Heels: Lipsy

Merry Christmas Eve, all! I'm starting feel super festive now!

We had our Missguided Christmas Party last weekend so I'm sharing my look with you.

As soon as I heard what the theme was (The Seven Deadly Sins), I knew I wanted to go as greed and wear all gold.

The dress is Ivy Revel and it fits like a glove. I couldn't have found anything more perfect which is why I usually turn to them when I want something a little special.

As for the shoes, they were a last minute purchase as I wanted a bit of gold on them to tie the whole look together. I love how it just flashes out from behind the heel.

The same goes for the bag and I can't wait to style it for daytime too as it comes with a cross-body chain.

Peace and love this Christmas,

Jacqueline xx

Button Up

Blouse: Zara - similar here
Gilet: Gold Getter
Bag: old - similar here
Skirt: New Look
Boots: River Island

Frills, fur and buttons - this outfit is all about the details.

I love putting blouses and gilets together as it's just such a wearable look.

Whenever I find a new white blouse or shirt that's just a little bit different, I snap it up there and then; you can never have too many.

Gota scoot now to get ready for my Christmas party. Photos to follow asap.

Enjoy your weekend,

Gift Guide: The Explorer

Left-Right, Top-Bottom:

Kate Spade New York Small Stacy Snap Wallet - Practical AND sparkly? Sign me up! With enough room for all of your cards, cash and ID, this gift's a no-brainer.

Waterfi Waterproofed iPod Shuffle Swim Kit - This is such a cool idea and ideal for those who love to travel all over the world and take on new adventures.

Skinny Dip Silver Backpack - Ensure the explorer in your life carries their stuff in style with this backpack. I love the muted silver shade - not too bold; not to boring! Skinny Dip is also a brand I've been admiring of late; their products are really different to others on the market and totally affordable.

Michael Kors Jet Set Gold Cardholder - Ideal for someone who already has a perfect purse but needs that little bit extra card storage.

Thomas Lyte Passport Holder - Get personal with the opportunity to emboss someone's initials onto a passport holder on this great site.

Handpresso Pump - I kinda just want one of these for my everyday life but imagine how great it'd be to take away with you.

Moschino Bag Charm - accessorise while on the move with this eye-catching bag charm.

Aspinal of London Set of 2 Luggage Tags - Take a little bit of the luxurious English lifestyle round the world with these saffiano leather suitcase identifiers.

Skinny Dip Silver Shell Coin Purse - Another Skinny Dip fave of mine - ideal for spare change in exotic currencies.

American Tourister 2-Wheel Cabin Luggage Upright Suitcase - As for the more practical side of travelling, one of American Tourister's high-quality suitcases is a fitting gift. Available in a range of deigns and colours, the site even contains all of the necessary measurements for different airlines. From patterned to plain and Disney to business, there really is something for everyone and every purpose. Aesthetics aside, the thought that's gone into the deign of the cases is thorough: they have adjustable handles, are durable and the wheels have been designed to make mobility easier.

As promised after my blogger breakfast with Blue Vanilla (read here), this is one of the outfits I put together with one of the items I bought.

Gift Guide: The Beautician

I don't know about you girls, but I love getting new cosmetics; they make me feel so fresh.

I try to buy new bits each time I get paid just to update my look and keep it on fleek but it's nice to get something for Christmas too.

Go on - spoil your girlfriends!

Snakeskin Boots

Turtleneck: Zara
Skirt: River Island
Bag: Topshop (sold out) - similar here and here
Snakeskin boots: ASOS

Let's talk about these boots! I'm so in love with the pattern! I'd seen a few snakeprint ones around but these quickly became my faves because of their lighter tones.

I'm sure you remember how I styled this skirt back in summer (read here) and I'm glad to show you how easily it can work in winter too with a cosy jumper and ankle boots.

As for the turtleneck, I'd really recommend these ones from Zara; they're so soft and fit really well. Plus, the gold buttons really add a luxurious feeling.
